Remove button choices when managing MakeMeeting field

I create a new content type

Add the MakeMeeting field, where I am then brought to the MakeMeeting field options.

Selecting a date in the MakeMeeting field, and hiting "MORE CHOICES" shows the "please wait" text and nothing happens. Clicking it again does nothing except show the "please wait". I guess this is normal because we are just setting up the field. It is only when you add your new content is when you actually get to add dates to the MakeMeeting field. This confused me.

In short, I propose either a text or to hide the dates and buttons when managing the field as it does nothing but confuse the administrator setting up the content type.
