This one confused me for a few minutes today. Let's move this so it lives next to its sibling, "Commons Follow" which lives in the building blocks tab.

Also think it should be called 'Commons Follow UI' to follow (heh no pun intended) Drupal module naming convention.

The patch in #2 applied cleanly, changed the module name to follow the common naming convention and successfully moved the module into the "Commons - Building blocks" module group.
