Judging from the line number you are using an old version of Getlocations, please try the current stable version.
I need more information:
What is the path in the browser when the error occurs?
What is the entity type (node, user etc), is it location enabled and which fields are filled in?

"Undefined index: es" makes no sense, there is no index named "es"
