Better Usability Colors For Admin Template

Having the button such as "Save" white silver nearly the same
color as the admin white background does not improve the usability experience

The font text is also very hard to read too

When you do a eye heart map test on Spark admin theme
you see the eye goes everywhere apart from the save button
