Release notes
This release solves a naming issue with the [openlayers_plus 7.x-1.1-beta1] release which affected its display on the main Openlayers_plus project page. It inlcudes OL+ Scalepoints and OL + Permalink behaviors. The OL + Popups behavior now appears on the map as a black transparent block. The Legend behavior has been removed because it has not been properly implemented in map layers.
