I downloaded the js Activemenu module for use in my website
but it turned out that these activemenu features only work in the admin panel. pls show me a way to apply this in all the menu blocks.

Not every block will support active menus. active menus itself only attaches to the navigation block and any menu module blocks. The only other supported module that I know of is taxonomy context.
