Will Pay For Development

Alright about 2 weeks ago I found Drupal. I have been astonished at the possibilities this CMS offers. I have tinkered with many other CMS in the past and this one seems to be the most versatile. I have recently started a new project it is a social network site. Unlike myspace and facebook this site is going to be created and remain with opensource software. All code will remain opensource and even after the launch all app's created for it will continue to be open source. I have seen alot of talent on these boards.

There is an abundant amount of information out there regarding an opensource social network but still there is a lack of one I mean a good one.

I am looking to employ (paid position) some developers specifically drupal oriented to work on different modules and their integration.
