Check is the new invitation is for an already existing user

Issue Summary

If an invitation is created for an already existing user, the creator should be notified and given the option to visit the user's profile (if permissions allow).

Whether to still send the invitation should be an option on module configuration page (sometimes it's good to give user a wakeup call ).
