Badly-configured Display Modes during update

I recently updated Message Notify from 7.x-2.2 to 7.x-2.4.

The DB update for this jump (message_notify_update_7003) removed the "message_text_subject" field, and merged the data from it into the "Message Text" field.

Unfortunately when it did this, the display modes became badly-configured. The "Notify - Email subject" display mode was configured to have "Message text 1 partial" on display, but the subject field had been inserted as "Message text 0". This meant all of my emails were being sent out with the intended body as the subject field!

I don't know if this is something specific to our setup or not, but I figured it was worth flagging up...
