In IE 10 hitting return doesn't work. no line breaks or paragraphs created.

Did you by any chance update to 4.1?
Is it possible that you create your own build and removed the "enter key" plugin there?

Alternatively, are you using an outdated version of CKEditor like 3.6.2? http://dev.ckeditor.com/ticket/9741

Does this issue happen when you use one of CKEditor samples attached to the library?

I also have this problem. Line breaks doesn't work in IE10 but they do in Firefox and Chrome.
Has anyone a solution for this.
