After performing a starterkit update to the latest build CiviCRM's UI is behaving strangely. Context menu hover affects are not firing and look strange (css issue?). The Civi dashboard is riddled with green checkmarks. Using the drag and drop dashboard config is not possible due to missing pieces of the widget. Screenshot of issues attached.

kreynen commenteddoes turning off the css cache change this?
lobo commentedmight want to either user drush or drupal UI to clear all drupal caches
4.3 uses things a wee bit differently than 4.2 and requires a cache clear

coderdan commented@kreynen -
You are right, turning off CSS caching solves the problem.

kreynen commented"Solves" is a strong word. Looking like another instances of #1861304: Shortcut issue caused by CSS caching.
Not sure if it's worth finding the root cause of this or focusing on the any issues our civicrm_ modules have with 4.3.
