I agree that the proposed designs are preferable, except for removing the body field. This field can be used for supporting text or images. I propose we keep the body field,but make the other changes proposed above.

If we do keep it (and I agree we do) should it come before or after the poll items. I would think it is beneficial to have it come before as it can hold supplementary data and summary related to the poll.

If we keep body, than I would suggest it live above the questions, and the number of rows reduces to 2. Also thinking "description" might be a better label than body.

Please keep the body field and place it above the poll. Good suggestion by Noyz to reduce rows.

The spacing is looking good right now. The fields just need to be shuffled. It is best to do that in a module and not the theme, so i am moving it to the miscellaneous component.
