Hello and thanks for a very useful module!

Rather than using tabs for adding Reviews, I'd like to have the link at the bottom of my item to be reviewed. Could this be added as a feature, or could you suggest a way to do this myself?

Title: "Add review" form link in a separate page instead of a tab » "Add review" form link not in a tab

LBen, I'm kinda with you on this one. But I posted my own thoughts on what I think are of highest priority, so let's wait and see what Scot does.

Hi,

This can now be controlled in the module settings. You can choose between a tab and a link.

Thanks, it works (sort of). Here's what happens so far:

1) The first version I tried out was 7.x-1.10, and I remember everything worked fine (basic submission & approval of reviews).

2) I just completely uninstalled it, and tried out 7.x-1.12. I chose link instead of tab, tried adding a review, and I got the following error message (when logged in as user 1):

"Access denied: You are not authorized to access this page".

No matter what permission settings I choose, I can't get past this error page.

3) If I choose tab, it lets me submit a review. But when I go to approve it, it doesn't do anything.

I'll do some more testing, compare different versions (I never tried 7.x-1.11) and will let you know if I figure anything out.

UPDATE: I just started fresh from 7.x-1.11, then updated it to 7.x-1.12 without deleting everything and noticed completely different behavior from what I've originally written. For example, even if I switch from tab to link, it won't let me. I'll keep testing and let you know what I find...

Yep - I messed up the permissions in hook_menu. Should all be fixed now and you should also be able to approve reviews properly.

I did a quick test and 7.x-1.13 so far works fine without problems. I'm gonna do a thorough test now and will provide an update if any of the problems I previously mentioned are still there.

UPDATE: Scot, I did a full test of everything again. First, just 7.x-1.13 from scratch, and everything's perfect. Second, 7.x-1.11 from scratch, test, and then upgrade to 7.x-1.13, test again, and everything's still perfect. So I think 7.x-1.13 is rock solid, with no problems whatsoever. :D
