That's what I've got right after install and click in 'Backups' link in Administration:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: backup_form_backup() in /home/www/2007.wirtualne.miasta.pl/modules/backup/backup.module on line 90

... any help?

Yes, access is correct. Drupal 5.3.

Ok, it's done:

if it happens to you too, it is enough to change all relative include paths to absolute ones.
