Hello.

I'm looking for a way to publish a rather long text (120 pages, 6 big chapters) on the internet. It should be divided into chapters, allow footnotes and multimedia content. it should also allow people to comment on each chapter. Finally, I'd like to include a link for a print-on-demand-service (but well, that's just a link).

A friend came up with the idea to use CommentPress http://www.futureofthebook.org/commentpress/ and yes, it should look a bit like this: http://www.futureofthebook.org/mitchell … yofholies/. But I don't need the paragraph by paragraph commenting. CommentPress doesn't work with the recent wordpress version and can't deal with wordpress-footnotes http://www.elvery.net/drzax/more-things … es-plugin/ ... so hey, could I use drupal for this purpose? or do you know an other software for publishin scolarly texts on the net?

By the way: It's a text about a transnational cooperation of intellectuals.
