When using the smooth height option together with thumbnails as paging controls the thumbnails flicker during image transition.

During transition the overflow is set to hidden. While the thumbnails float outside the box. So the thumbnails are invisible during the image switch effect.

I fixed it by changing the "Controls container" manually.
Maybe this should be documented or default behaviour.
