You working in the master branch for information on how to change that you can look here. Also remove all old CVS $Id tags their not needed and keep in mind that you do not need to include the "version" in your .info file as it will be packaged by Drupal automatically. There are also parsing errors on line 235 of your .module file and 134 in your api.blastchat.php file.

After a quick plug-in to code sniffer it seems there are quite a few issues with your code particularly white space. You can see the full review here.
