Only three field selections available?

Thanks for this module. It seems quite promising but I've run into a snag.

When I go to import a CSV file of user data, I only seem to have three field selections available (see attached image).

Right now all I get is:
- Email Address
- Password
- Roles

How can I enable more mapping selections, ie, date created, etc. I went to the configuration page but I can't see much relevant there.

I've checked the documentation and maybe I'm missing something obvious? The last time I used a module like this (might have been this one?) was Drupal 6 and I was able to map each column to various other fields.
