In the current version of the reviews module there is no pager on the reviews page. To do so is easy. Attached a few patches for those who also need this functionality. I think this would be a small addition for an upcoming release.

Simply apply the patches on the right files and you'll have paging. The amount is now set to 1 per page. In the ideal world this should be a setting.
