There are two templates for .module and .install files, but in PHPStorm 6, they do not show up in the list of File Templates at all - all the other Drupal 7 ones do.

I renamed the FileTemplates.
The manager script does not delete the old files, just deploy the new ones.
Maybe it cause a conflict.
Take a look in your ~/WebIde/config/fileTemplates directory and delete manually the old files.
