Provide option to exclude author information

Problem/Motivation

Sites with strict privacy policies may not allow associating information about the author such as email address, ip address.

Proposed resolution

The mollom REST API treats these fields as optional. I suggest adding a checkbox to the settings page of the mollom Drupal module allowing this information to be excluded.
