I'm actually quite embarrassed to ask you this, and I hope you accept to help me

I had old account -almost one year ago- with the name of "Tarek El-Tabey" and I was learning other stuff in my web design path, and I had Drupal in my To-Do List, to learn and start using...

Rushed and silly I was, i just jumped in Drupal a week ago, and started to create a new account "tarekeltabey" and started using it.

when tried to change the user name to my preferred name across the web "Tarek El-Tabey" I was reminded by the fact I had two accounts.

1- I find it abusive to have unneeded two accounts.
2- I would really like to use the older one for various reasons, on top of them is the username
3- I signed the new (not needed one) with e-mail that sends me notifications on the go on mobile., I need to sign the Old account "Tarek El-Tabey" with this email instead.

Summery:
Can you please delete "tarekeltabey" account, so I can use the email attached to it?

Account deletion is not yet possible (a forthcoming upgrade to Drupal 7 will grant us that). We can however block your account and change the username.

Can you try shuffling the email addresses around so that the old account has the email address you want to use, then update your request to have the second account blocked & renamed?

Hi Tarek, are you able to complete DamienMcKenna's request? If so, I can get your newer account in the queue for deletion. I will only do this if you can update the email addresses as suggested in comment #1.
