Could any one please tell me if the the patch for using multiple databases (Drupal 4.7.x) has been integrated in Drupal 5.x. I am working with Drupal 5.x and am unable to use multiple database. Could anyone please tell me if there is patch for 5.x available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No patch is needed, simply use different settings.php file for every site you want to run in the same basecode.
Or maybe I misunderstood your question.

I need to use multiple databases for the same site in Drupal 5.x.

I mean I need to used MySQL and PostGres SQL for the same website simulataneously.

Currently I am unable to do so. There seems to be a patch provided for 4.x. Could anyone inform me if there is a patch available for 5.x
