I've tried downloading this module a few times but all I'm getting is a folder called 'Style Master CSS Guide': where do I find the Attachment module?

On attachment's download page
http://drupal.org/project/attachment
right click on the download link for 5.x-1.x-dev (or 4.7.x-1.x-dev if thats the one you want) and select save as.
