Hi,
I'm using flags on my site, but I'm not using flag actions (Flags -> Actions) however I am using the flag events in a handful of rules. Do I need to keep the Flag Actions module enabled to use the flag events in Rules or can I disable Flag Actions?

AFAIK Flag Actions is for Core actions, but I'm not sure. Try it and see -- and please improve the documentation about this once you know :)
