I have been staying up to date on the 7.2 Dev versions and on two different sites on two different servers I am getting the following when I try to do the update to the latest version.

Failed: DatabaseSchemaObjectExistsException: Cannot add field field_data_field_user_primary_phone.field_user_primary_phone_number: field already exists. in DatabaseSchema_mysql->addField() (line 328 of /home/htdocs/includes/database/mysql/schema.inc).

There is no upgrade path between -dev packages. It is still in heavy development. Those releases should only be used for testing.
