For feed item nodes generated by leech modules and the nodes by faq module beside to the user frindly aliased url the /node/nid drupal generated url's are listed in google sitemap (xml sitemap).

For a page node type this is not the case.

It's possible that the leech module is not using the url_alias table to assign paths. Now that XML Sitemap is released, Google Sitemap is no longer supported.
