I'm blind, and use a screen reader. When I vote on a node or comment, my browser jumps back to the top of the page. Just thought I'd mention this as it is a pretty significant accessibility issue.

I know this is a very old issue but I had the same issue with the latest 3.0.1 version.
Hereby a patch that can be applied to the 3.0.1 version and which should solve the issue.
