As a user, the like widget to be more contextual and semantic

Current state

Currently there is nothing that shows if I have liked something. The text and styling remain the same in liked and not liked states. Ultimately, it would be similar to the direction we are going with follow and have a text and style change.

Another bit that can be changed while things are being shuffled, is that the text lacks almost all semantic meaning. It has a link with the word "Like" followed by a number. It is simple to differentiate with styling, but this does nothing for screen readers and other parsers.
