Please help - Login fields (spaces) are gone

Hi, I hope I am stupid.
I hope there is a simple fix for this.

I have 5 drupal websites, I am pretty comfortable with Drupal.
This is happening with 2 of my websites.

Login fields (spaces to enter login info) are gone.
From homepage side bar, under "user login" login fields are gone, so nobody can login (including me)

When I go to www.domainname/user, login fields are no longer there.
"Create New Account" and "Request new Password" looks good with all needed blank spaces.
But when I click "Log In" there are no login fields.

Is this a known issue?
What do I do?
