6.0 port of nodetype

Hi Karl!
I just successfully ported Node clone to Drupal 6!
By the way, I made the following changes:

• The form item has been moved into a fieldset to be consistent with node form layout of v6.
• The nodetype value gets saved with the standard routine now
• Economized a node_get_types() call.
• Changed status message to point the user more straightforward to the important information.

Would be cool, if you created a 6.0 branch and committed the module.
But first of all, maybe someone wants to test it thoroughly...?
I attach both a .tar.gz and a .patch file.
