Doesn't look like this patch ever actually got rolled into a release. Since a more recent release has been done since this patch, it won't work with dev but it does still patch cleanly on the beta1 release.

Looking at the commit referenced above, it actually looks backward and that the patch was reverted in the commit (http://cgit.drupalcode.org/feeds_mediarss/commit/?id=ca107b6)?
