Sessions, contribution, connection, and Early Bird savings until 8 June.A new view mode created is not visible in the view modes list. I created a new entity view mode for Files and checked "images" only. The new view mode is not visible anywhere and when I go to "File types" there are two "Image" displays available.
I reverted back to stable and still the new view mode is not visible.

jl.images commentedSorry to reopen this but I am experiencing a very similar issue and have not been able to resolve it.
I add a new node entity view mode but it doesn't appear in the list in admin/config/system/entity-view-modes. I have tried clearing cache as well. Oddly, I can access it to edit at admin/config/system/entity-view-modes/edit/node/[view_mode_name]. It also doesn't appear in the node fields display section.

busla commentedI´m still having this problem. I encountered it again on a clean install. Not sure what I did before for it to pop in suddenly.

busla commentedAfter playing around I see that it becomes visible after I create a node view mode. I was creating a File view mode before. All of the new File view modes are locked and I can´t delete them.
Update: All node view modes I create are duplicated and also created as a File View mode. When I delete the new Node view mode the duplicated file view mode was also deleted.

dave reidI think this might have been possibly caused by #1955992: Entity info view mode corruption.. Could someone test the newest 7.x-1.x-dev in about 12 hours or later and see if this resolves it for them?
