And set the default branch to either 7.x-3.x or 7.x-4.x
You can do so under the Edit tab of this project.

Emptying master branch is done through git.

Thanks guys, I'm surprised master is still around for Webform, I'd deleted it from my other projects a long time ago. I've set 7.x-4.x as the default branch, as that's where most development is today.
