The following options should be user configurable:

  1. Adjust the salesforce_pull_limit variable
  2. Whether salesforce_pull_get_updated_records(), salesforce_pull_process_records(), or salesforce_pull_process_deleted_records() are invoked on cron run. For example, someone may want to implement their own processor for records imported by Salesforce Pull. Or you may want to call these functions from drush crontab entries, so that they run more frequently and separately from other cron jobs.

The following should be visible to admins on this page:

  1. Last sync and last delete times for each entity type
  2. Ability to reset the last sync / last delete times for each entity type

Other ideas?

I've mentioned it in http://drupal.org/node/1961760 but a required field for pull would be great so we aren't pulling unnecessary data

Also a force pull would be nice. I had to add a custom menu item myself that had the pull functions as callbacks to deploy on my site.
