Not all file schema's should be converted

With File Entity / Media et al, you can get case sensitive URL's (i.e. YouTube - any URL by ID)

Since there is no file upload, there is no translation when saving the entity, however these show up in the admin/config/media/file-system/transliteration page. Maybe limit to public / private files?
