Hide "gid=1" and "group ID = 0"

Hi,
CiviCRM Group Selector works fine, but I have a small question: When I create a new node, group names are listed e.g.
"My Group (gid=1)".
Also, if I left group select empty, it still lists group id:
"group ID = 0".
How can I remove these extra characters?
