Description

Hi there

After installing Slideshow today I was wondering why I havn't the possibility to upload pictures to my new slideshow. I found out that it is because the content type is not called "slideshow". Slideshow uploading only works with this types instead of all types of content.

no, you can use it in every content type. you only have to activate it inside your content type, just below the "attach file" field

Strange, but I have the same problem. Even after enabling Slideshow behaviour for my own content type a Slideshow Settings fieldset appeared on the node edit form but Images fieldset did NOT! This means I can't upload images to my own content type ... the only way is to use native Slideshow type.

You have to allow both Slideshow *and* Uploads for that content type. Slideshow.module uses upload.module for upload file handling.
