gábor hojtsyYou mean this was available in the Drupal 5 version of localization client? That only be possible with some other module you use from the i18n or localizer module sets, as this is not provided neither by Drupal 5 nor Drupal 6 out of the box.

Bodo Maass commentedI'm just playing with drupal6 (beta4) and am very disappointed that menu translation is not available. The localizer module had an excellent user interface for menu translations built in. I would strongly strongly request that system to be used in drupal6. Out of the box, the content translation support of drupal6 seems to be lacking a critical feature without that.

gábor hojtsyJust as with any other Drupal release before, Drupal core itself will not solve all your problems. You will need localizer for Drupal 6 or i18n for Drupal 6, when they come around.

Bodo Maass commentedThanks for the reply. I did not realize that i18n or localizer will still be required for Drupal 6, as I thought this code has been merged into core. So it seems I will wait for localizer to be ported to Drupal 6.
