Having Property Validation start with a P instead of Field Validation makes it difficult to realize that it is part of the field validation module. Changing it to "Field Validation Property Validation" would make it group together with the other Field Validation modules on the modules page and make it easier to see that it is an option to enable. See comment #5 on #1343628: Node title validation. This probably won't be a problem for 8.x because title will become a field. I went ahead and changed the case on Field Validation Extras to make it match the other modules case as well.

Property Validation module is not a sub module of Field validation, it does not depend on Field validation. Maybe in the future, we could combine them together.

BTW: the property validation module or submodule seems to be a myth. There is nothing to find, nor for D7 nor for D8 anywhere on D.O. despite of the 2 issues mentioning it ... and titles are still not able to become validated (in D8) ....
