Is it possible to fetch a user's favorites from Flickr too?
If so, how?

Its not possible at the moment but its a great idea.
Actually i think this should be the default behaviour on
the "Flickr photos" page.
Would be interested to hear other peoples thoughts?

I have seen a few web sites on the internet that are offering to serve as an intermediate site that "generates" such "photo feeds" of Flickr favorites, but it seems that they are all "private hacks". Does not Flickr allow or actually provide this option? If it is technically possible, and Flickr would allow it, then I am quite sure there is substantial demand for such a feature.

I was surprised to come back here and find no further interest but then i figured i have never actually used that feature on flickr and so after looking at my own flickr photos on flickr i can't see how you tag a photo as a favorite !
So it looks as though this feature request will be declined, at least for now.

Well, this issue is not about one's own photos, or which of them are your favorites.
Rather, it is about how to fetch and display the list of favorites that you select from other flickr users.
Goal: The result of using "add as fave" - that list of exciting photos you have come across there would be very nice to present on your blog, at least the miniatures mosaic.
