Context list doesn't display the <front> value [#1972038]

The metatag_context admin page doesn't show <front> when it's added to a context.

This adds a simple htmlspecialchars() around the list of paths, which will convert <front> to <front> so it displays correctly.

Now that v7.x-1.0-beta7 is out, I'm closing this in the interest of keeping the issue queue clean.
