Drupal is used by a wide variety of high-profile websites because of its flexibility the customization it allows.
Perform research into some of the major types of sites that Drupal is being used for, and compile a small promotional booklet (3-5 pages) in Word or OpenOffice format showcasing screenshots of sites by type, highlights of particular pieces of functionality and why Drupal is a good fit, and so on. Also talk about the open source philosophy and why a solution makes sense for various types of businesses/non-profits.
This task will be complete when booklet has been posted to the Drupal Marketing group at http://groups.drupal.org/marketing-drupal for review and approved by one member of the group.
Estimated time:
3-5 days

mbossino commentedThe brochure was made in Apple's Pages application and the images were made with Adobe Fireworks (Macromedia Fireworks 8), which uses layered PNGs.
I have exported the brochure as a .DOC, but I must warn that the exporting process did lose some of the markup and changed the layout! If possible, please open the original .pages source file (zipped) in iWork 08's Pages. All of the source images are included inside the layered PNG file.
Finally, the exported brochure is available in PDF format.
All of the aforementioned documents can be downloaded from this task's page on Drupal's GHOP site, here.
If there is any way I can help improve this brochure in the future, please let me know! It's been a real pleasure working on it. :)

add1sun commentedMarking this puppy closed. Job well done!
(Note that some of the source files were too large to upload to drupal.org but they are available from the Google issue.)
