phpBB3 and Gallery conversion to Drupal5

We are looking for a confident coder to convert our existing site to Drupal5. This requires transferring basic data from our phpBB3 forum,
such as users, topics and posts (no attachments, avatars or PM's). And integrating our existing Gallery with Drupal via the Gallery module.
Our forum and gallery aren't synced, with about 150 active users (400 total) in the forum and 90 in the gallery. So there would be a lot of duplicate users and you would factor this into your script, which I'm assuming would be your method of attack. The Gallery module has the ability to import and sync it's users, so that's a starting point.

We have carried out such tasks in past.
We have written migration script for miniBB - Drupal for two clients. Forum contained 50000+ postings. And we were able to retain links + user-posting association.
We know drupal db schema that will really help to migrate phpBB to drupal, and for forums and users we have already done it from miniBB.
We have also done migration for phpBB for one of our client but his task was simple as just he just wanted to transfer users.
