Is there any way to use "secondary" email addresses with Drupal 5.x and MMB?

Basically, I'd like to send pictures directly from my cell phone's camera, which will be from a different email address. Used to be you could use mailalias in Drupal 4.x, but that's not an option anymore.

There is a patch [1] to bring mailalias up to Drupal 5.
Please try it and report there.
