My organization (CLCV, www.ecovote.org) has a Drupal 6 site that was developed in 2009-10. It has custom modules and content types and a fairly complex layout. I have mostly been able to keep the modules and core up to date.
We are currently applying for a grant of a certain amount to, most importantly, implement a theme that works for mobile devices. Whether it involves entirely revamping the existing theme with media queries or just detecting mobile devices and serving up a separate theme with the same data really probably doesn't matter (even though I personally would tend to prefer the former).
Any sense of what it would roughly cost to design, code, and implement a mobile theme (whether or not it's a pre-existing theme that is modified for our content, or coded from scratch)? I realize different developers have different costs, but I would like to have a generally realistic idea.
Note that I'm not looking for proposals at the moment. Rather, I just need a rough estimate.
Thanks in advance. Please feel free to ask questions.

Hello
I would say you can expect anywhere between 10-15days job for this theme to be converted to mobile responsive website. But I forsee some more issue in this website case, because there are different pages which are included from other websites, such as rockthevote, wiredforchange etc.. Converting this wont fit into drupal template designing hence site wont be fully responsive.
