Hi there,

Sorry if I'm missing the obvious but I cannot see the way to create an overlay or watermark.

Should I see some sort of "overlay and/or watermark" effect within the drop-down list?

Because I don't see a way to do this at all.

How do I get this to work?

You need to enable the module "Imagecache Canvas Actions". After having done so, you should see the effect 'Overlay (watermark)' in the effect drop-down list. If it does not appear try to clear all caches. If it still does not appear feel free to reopen this issue.
