I18n component of this module allow to choose between displaying results in:
1- any language
2- current language

I created a patch that allow the admin, in a multilingual site, to choose to display the search results for all content in "the current language and the language neutral".
now we have a third option
3- current language and language neutral

so all contents that have no multilingual support or that have the option "do not force the choice of a language" to show in search results using the custom_search module
