Purposed Draggableviews Workflow

Below is the workflow I believe draggableviews should do as a field UI in Views. I think we should get rid of FieldAPI and replace it with EntityAPI. EntityAPI check if there is a weight property, if there is none, then it checks if you want to use a field. This would add compatiablity with Taxonomy as it has a entity weight property.
