Looking at the docs I can see it clearly indicates to put the jScrollpande under libraries/jscrollpane however looking at the init hook of the code shows that it's looking for scrollbar under libraries.

Actually, now it is fixed! I though that I could change the current 7.x-1.0 version but I made a mistake.
The new 7.x-2.0 has all the changes on it!
